Stacey Davis Levy has been at the helm of Davis Public Relations since 2001 and has spent more than 17 years working with a wide variety of companies increasing their visibility, reaching the right customers, and building their businesses.

Prior to founding Davis Public Relations, she was the Director of Public Relations for Spiderdance, Inc., an interactive television company, where she managed all facets of publicity and marketing.

Prior to Spiderdance, Stacey was the Manager of Publicity for MXG Media (formerly MoXieGirl) where she developed and coordinated all phases of publicity for MXG magazine, www.MXGonline.com, www.MXGtv.com, MXG Television Productions and MXG Media corporate. She launched the newly created television production division, which included eight online programs and three for cable.

Before MXG, Stacey oversaw the publicity campaigns for several of King World Productions’ syndicated first-run series including Hollywood Squares and The Roseanne Show.

Prior to her work at King World, Stacey was the Director of Publicity for NBC Studios where she managed the public relations for eight series, movies, and mini-series produced by the network owned studio (launching the hit show Will & Grace and running the campaigns for Profiler, Pretender, Homicide, the mini-series The 60’s and others).

Stacey spent two years as a Senior Account Executive at each of the leading public relations firms The Lippin Group and Baker Winokur Ryder where she represented television series for distribution and production companies such as Pearson Television, Rysher Entertainment, Alliance Atlantis and Saban Entertainment. In addition she represented the internationally renowned resorts The Post Ranch Inn, Turtle Island (Fiji), Jean-Michel Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort, and The Lodge at Skylonda.

Kat Garcia joined Davis Public Relations (DPR) in 2006 as Vice President. Emerging as a key player in the industry, Kat has nearly a decade of experience in public relations representing clients in various sectors of the entertainment industry as well as institutes of higher education. Based in Los Angeles, Kat plays an integral role in managing the company’s trade and consumer clientele, developing, strategizing, executing and pitching publicity campaigns to various domestic and international media outlets.

Prior to DPR, she served as Director, International Media for SSA Public Relations, where she managed the international division of the company handling all market-related publicity strategies for clients attending NATPE, Toy Fair, MIPTV, Licensing International, Brand Licensing London, MIPCOM JR and MIPCOM JR. She specialized in representing several multi-million dollar entertainment companies including television producers, distributors and broadcasters spanning genres from children’s programming to factual and reality entertainment. Kat was responsible for several globally renowned clients including AETN International, 4Kids Entertainment, Breakthrough Films & Television, BKN International, Cookie Jar Entertainment and National Geographic Kids Entertainment as well as Rive Gauche Entertainment, The Interactive Channel, B Wooding Media and the Large Format Cinema Association.

Prior to SSA, Garcia worked at Claremont McKenna College in the Office of Public Affairs & Communications. Her responsibilities were comprised of a variety of assignments, including writing stories that were featured in the institution’s official staff and faculty newsletter as well as providing photographic coverage spotlighted in Claremont McKenna College’s Alumni Magazine.

Lindsay Plotkin

Working as a media and public relations specialist for over 10 years, Lindsay Plotkin has represented clients operating in the gaming, technology and entertainment industries. She has worked with companies to enhance their market share through increased visibility, devising and implementing activities comprising all components necessary to a successful communications program. Plotkin specializes in media relations for mass-market, family-friendly products within the interactive entertainment industry. Plotkin served as the Communication Manager for Disney Interactive Media Group where she focused her efforts on developing the growing family-friendly online gaming business and worked on major franchises including World of Cars Online, Club Penguin, Disney Fairies Pixie Hollow and Pirates of the Caribbean Online. She also interfaced with marketing, integrating public relations and marketing plans to effectively support product positioning and goals. From 2000 to 2005, Plotkin held the position of Account Supervisor at Bender/Helper Impact, working in the interactive entertainment division managing a number of accounts including AOL Games, Buena Vista Games, Namco Hometek Inc., Yahoo! Games, Sammy Studios, Codemasters and Legacy Interactive. Plotkin also developed and implemented widely successful publicity campaigns, launches and multi-city press tours for several video game publishing companies and their respective products, ranging from hardcore enthusiast games to online and virtual worlds.
