LOS ANGELES (July 15, 2011) – TweetMyJOBS adds the former Mayor of Miami, FL., and 2008 President of the United States Conference of Mayors, Manny Diaz, to the roster of experts participating in the first-ever American Jobs Conference on Twitter on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Education Advantage Foundation (EAF) is a non-profit organization providing educational opportunities for at-risk youth in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area. Learning Links Centers currently owns and operates five buildings containing 104 units in Baldwin Village, Calif.  With the added incentive of educational opportunities, the buildings become desirable destinations for renters, which minimizes vacancy, rental default and vandalism rates, thereby helping to improve community standards.  Students participating in EAF/LLC programs range from kindergarten to the 12th grade.
