LOS ANGELES (July 15, 2011) – TweetMyJOBS adds the former Mayor of Miami, FL., and 2008 President of the United States Conference of Mayors, Manny Diaz, to the roster of experts participating in the first-ever American Jobs Conference on Twitter on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Diaz, who is now Senior Partner at Florida-based Lydecker Diaz law firm, is scheduled to host the Tweet Session: Business and Jobs at 1:00 p.m. PDT. The announcement was made by Robin D. Richards, Chairman & CEO of TweetMyJOBS.

“It’s an honor to have Manny join our influential group of speakers,” said Richards. “Following the announcement that unemployment rose to 9.2% nationwide and that 14.1 million Americans are still unemployed, we want to shine a spotlight on our expert participants and open conversations to help lower those numbers.”

“I am pleased to join prominent figures from so many different industries as we work together towards the common goal of reducing unemployment and I commend TweetMyJOBS for taking the lead on this innovative effort,” said Diaz.

The American Jobs Conference pushes the boundaries of Twitter by bringing together leaders in government, technology, business and recruiting to engage in real-time, nationwide conversations about employment with Americans of all ages. Join the conversation by registering for free at Conference.TweetMyJOBS.com.

Participants are encouraged to, and have already begun to pre-submit questions for the Tweetnote, Tweet Panel and Tweet Session. The American Jobs Conference aims to extend social engagement by having attendees vote on the questions they are most interested in having answered. To foster networking, attendees will be able to create a virtual name badge and share them with the Twitter community.

The hashtag for the conference will be #jobs4US with individual hashtags allocated for each session. For participants who do not have a Twitter account, each session will be allocated an interactive page online where they will be able to monitor and contribute directly to the conversation. Polls based on relevant topics associated with the session will be created in real-time.

LITTLE CAPERS GETS FRESH, NEW LOOK FOR FALL 2010

Los Angeles, CA (August 28, 2010) – Little Capers will have a brand new look this fall as the brand is revitalized, expanded and re-launched nationwide. Little Capers is a children’s apparel brand featuring non-commercial icons on t-shirts and dresses with detachable capes encouraging children to use their imagination, create their own superhero and select their super powers. The fall / Holiday 2010 season will focus on the 1950’s Space Exploration theme and the new line will accompany the brand’s evergreen characters, Bolt Boy, Zap Girl and Pow. The announcement was made today by Shannon Komsky, President of Little Capers Acquisitions, Inc.

“Using general symbols such as lightning bolts, stars, dragons and hearts, this one-of-a-kind superhero brand ignites creativity in children and inspires them to unleash their inner hero. As we start this exciting rebrand, we will keep the three mainstay characters, Bolt Boy, Zap Girl and Pow intact,” said Komsky. “Kids and parents alike enjoy the convenience of the easily removable Velcro cape making the shirts a must-have addition to the wardrobe their children can wear at home or out-and-about with their parents.”

Little Capers will also introduce Powerband Wristbands as new product in the collection this fall which has already been picked up by Bubble, a trendy, children’s boutique retailer in San Francisco, CA. Little Capers Acquisitions, Inc. is actively exploring additional licensing opportunities to expand the brand into complementary categories including, but not limited to, backpacks and lunchboxes.

The Little Capers apparel line is currently being carried nationwide in retail locations including Kitson, Tough Cookies, Hipster Kid and M Fredric in California; A Time For Children in New York; Baby Bugaloo and Gypsy Wagon in Texas; Ga Ga For Kids in Michigan; and Lottie Da in Ohio to name a few.

Little Capers is located online at: www.littlecapers.com.
